Based on daily yoga and meditation practice the retreat includes 2 days deluxe 5-star spa pampering at 2 of Bali's most exclusive Spa Resorts plus a visit to one of Bali's most therapuetic and healing centres for complete renewal massage, a half day Balinese Cooking Class at the infamous Casa Luna Cooking School, scenic guided walks through stunning rice fields, ridges and villages, evening yoga nidra, chanting and lots more - all you need do is turn up.

Staying at the picturesque Honeymoon Guesthouse with a lovely pool for lazing by, we’re situated on the town’s edge for easy access to the Ubud markets and an array of great shops and restaurants. The creative artistic atmosphere is rich and the local people full of warmth.

about the Yoga: Yoga is taught by Jessie Chapman, yoga practitioner since 1991 and teacher since 1996. Jessie is Australia's No#1 bestselling yoga author of 4 books. Morning yoga is Vinyasa flow style whilst afternoon yoga is restoration. There's yoga assistants helping to give personal adjustments in the classes and special attention is given to yoga beginners.
